Arba Anafim means four branches. The practice works with Jewish and mainstream schools, with charities and trusts, and directly with families, across four connected areas: Leadership & Culture, Curriculum & Evaluation, Tutoring & Personal Learning and Strategy & Organisational Development. Wellbeing runs through all four rather than sitting alongside them.
It is led by Justin Kett, a former Head of Department and Deputy Headteacher, a Designated Safeguarding Lead, a secondary teacher at JFS and an accredited Pikuach (Section 48) Inspector.
