Every engagement begins the same way, with a short and no-obligation call to work out what is actually needed. If it turns out I am not the right person for it, I will tell you so and, where I can, point you towards someone who is.

No two engagements look the same. A curriculum build runs over months, a leadership conversation might be a single morning and tutoring simply starts. What follows is the shape most of them share.

We talk it through
A conversation of twenty minutes or so, at no cost, to establish what is actually needed. Sometimes that turns out to be smaller than expected, and sometimes rather larger.
Something in writing
For a school or organisation, a short proposal setting out scope, timescale and cost. For a family, simply a note confirming times, place and what we will cover. Either way, nothing begins until you have agreed it.
The work begins
On agreed dates, with review points built in, so that nobody reaches the end of an engagement surprised by how it went.
