Are you a school leader?
Rewriting a curriculum. Preparing for Section 48. Rebuilding a culture that has drifted from the values on the wall. Finding the right support for one child who is struggling.
Whichever it is, you do not have to work it out alone.
Four branches, one purpose

Leadership & Culture
Leading with care
Your ethos, your relationships and what it actually feels like to be part of your school.
For schools whose values are clear on paper but not yet lived in the corridors.
Curriculum & Evaluation
Designing and auditing
Curriculum built, audited and made ready to stand up to inspection.
For schools building from scratch, tidying what exists or facing a Section 48 window.
Tutoring & Personal Learning
Cultivating and anchoring
Focused one-to-one and small-group teaching for the individual child.
For schools commissioning targeted support, and for parents seeking it directly.
Strategy & Organisational Development
Building the foundations
Direction, governance and the structures that keep a school steady.
For boards and leadership teams circling the same decision for the third term running.
The connecting thread
“In the sharing of vulnerabilities we discover strength.”
Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks zt”l The Politics of Hope
Wellbeing is not a fifth branch. It runs through all four. Schools cannot thrive when pupils are anxious or staff are overwhelmed.
That principle comes from experience: designing a whole-school wellbeing programme and dedicated Wellbeing Room, alongside my work as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Mental Health First Aider for adults and children.
I also serve as a trustee of Heads Up Kids, supporting its work on children’s emotional wellbeing.
The inspection landscape now reflects this too. Since November 2025, Ofsted has treated pupil and staff wellbeing as a thread running across inspection, not a standalone box to tick.
In practice this means curriculum designed through that lens, leadership coached through it, tutoring delivered through it and strategy set by it.
Who You Will be Working With
Justin Kett
Founder & Principal Consultant
Over twenty years in primary and secondary education, and rather more than that if you count teaching Bar Mitzvah students from the age of sixteen. I have been a primary classroom teacher and a Jewish Studies teacher, Head of Department at Rosh Pinah and Sacks Morasha, Deputy Headteacher at Sacks Morasha, and a secondary teacher at JFS. Pastoral care and pupil wellbeing have run through every one of those roles.
Qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with Law, QTS, PGCE and NPQH, and accredited as a Pikuach (Section 48) Inspector. A charity trustee for Heads Up Kids, previously with Jewish Interactive, and involved in national and international Jewish Studies projects and networks.
The practical upshot is that you get someone who has written the curriculum, led the team, sat on the other side of an inspection and taught the child.
What people say
“Justin is an educator par excellence and a genuine leader. He has a well-deserved reputation across the sector for his thorough expertise in all aspects of education, senior leadership and curriculum development. He has earned both respect and popularity amongst the pupils, a rare blend. He is also a pleasure to work with, an easy communicator, professional throughout.”
“Justin combines serious educational thinking with creativity, generosity and a healthy intolerance of educational nonsense. Annoyingly, he’s usually already made a resource for it too.”
Who is this for?
You lead a Jewish primary or secondary school
I can offer curriculum design, ethos development and inspection readiness from someone who has worked across denominational diversity rather than read about it.
You lead an independent or state school
I can offer leadership coaching, culture review and strategic support at the pivotal moments, whether you are recovering from a difficult inspection, preparing for one, or reshaping a vision that has drifted.
You are a parent
I can offer one-to-one teaching for B’nei Mitzvah preparation, English and Maths, secondary transition and GCSE Religious Studies with confidence rebuilt alongside the knowledge.
You sit on a board or a governing body
I can offer governance advisory, strategic planning and the questions a board ought to be asking, rather than a report telling you what you already knew.
You have a gap in your staffing
I can offer part-time, temporary or fixed-term leadership and teaching capacity, from someone who can be useful from the first morning.
